Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Mandarin, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Provide product or service information to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their expectations are met.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggesting solutions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering a personalized customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with advanced proficiency; additional proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a related role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
