Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Mandarin, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Provide product or service information to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their expectations are met.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggesting solutions.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering a personalized customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with advanced proficiency; additional proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a related role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
