Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications in Mandarin and English with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative materials as required.
- Assist in translating business documents and communications between Indonesian, English, and Mandarin.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and office supply management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
