Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation for Mandarin-speaking staff.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchase order management with Chinese suppliers.
- Manage import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international trade regulations.
- Translate and localize business documents, emails, and reports between Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and communications in both languages.
- Support office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination for cross-border teams.
- Provide cultural insights to facilitate smoother business interactions between Indonesian and Chinese counterparts.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to HR, purchasing, or import/export operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Indonesian trade regulations and import/export procedures is highly desirable.
