Responsibility
- Develop and execute IT strategy frameworks aligned with Telenor’s business goals, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Lead performance analysis for IT categories, identifying KPIs, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards and tools to track IT performance, cost efficiency, and ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, Finance, Operations) to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Optimize IT spend and resource allocation through benchmarking and vendor management.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives, including automation and cloud solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for IT investments and projects.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT strategy, performance management, or business intelligence.
- Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning within IT or telecom sectors.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel/Google Sheets for advanced analytics.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
