Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for general services to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes, from requirement definition and sourcing to contract negotiation and final award.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and spend data to identify opportunities for value creation and process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies, government regulations, and audit requirements.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement efficiency.
- Drive digitalization efforts to streamline procurement workflows and enhance system utilization.
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably within a complex corporate or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale tenders and complex contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and spend analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Familiarity with Government Procurement regulations or large-scale public sector frameworks is highly advantageous.
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving organizational landscape.
