Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve operational goals.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to support operational objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
