Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans to support Carsomeās financial reporting, earnings announcements, and investor relations.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for financial media, crafting key messages and handling inquiries related to financial performance, market trends, and corporate developments.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial communications, including press releases, reports, and presentations.
- Manage relationships with financial analysts, investors, and media outlets to enhance Carsomeās visibility and credibility in the market.
- Oversee crisis communications related to financial disclosures, ensuring timely and transparent responses to stakeholder concerns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for proactive PR and thought leadership.
- Lead cross-functional projects to align financial communications with broader corporate messaging and brand strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for financial PR and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Finance, or a related field. A Masterās degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, APR) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in financial communications, investor relations, or media relations within the tech, e-commerce, or automotive industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong media relations experience, including handling interviews, press conferences, and crisis communications.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, reporting standards (e.g., IFRS), and corporate governance best practices.
- Experience working with remote teams and managing stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
