Responsibility
- Lead and manage continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance healthcare service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize clinical and administrative processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders to identify and address performance gaps through data-driven solutions.
- Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of innovative healthcare programs and technologies to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend actionable insights.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and best practice sharing across departments.
- Prepare and present reports on performance improvements, innovation projects, and ROI to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices in all initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, performance improvement, or innovation leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement or innovation projects in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems, data analytics tools, and project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO, JCI), and performance measurement frameworks.
