Responsibility
- Lead the procurement process for renewable energy and EPC projects, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and project management, to align procurement activities with project goals.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards in all procurement activities.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high service and product quality.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the renewable energy, manufacturing, or EPC sectors.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and renewable energy technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
