Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Spanish dishes under chef supervision.
- Learn and adhere to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Support inventory management, including stocking ingredients and tracking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and quality.
- Participate in training sessions to develop knife skills, plating techniques, and flavor profiling.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Contribute to menu development ideas and provide feedback on operational improvements.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—open to entry-level candidates with a passion for cooking.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations or culinary arts is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Spanish language skills are advantageous).
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
