As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in store operations, team leadership, customer service excellence, and strategic business management. Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, cost control, and profitability goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to company standards and service quality.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement to drive foot traffic.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail or F&B experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to assigned locations in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Indonesian or local dialects is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and POS systems.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a drive to grow within the company.
