Responsibility
- Assist in daily retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales tracking.
- Support marketing initiatives by analyzing consumer trends and contributing to campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in leadership training sessions and workshops to develop management skills.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on performance metrics and project outcomes.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
