Responsibility
- Shadow store managers to learn the end-to-end operations of a high-volume restaurant.
- Lead and motivate shift teams to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to reduce wastage.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Analyze daily sales reports and assist in implementing strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Support in the training and onboarding of new crew members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
