Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of call center and customer service teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Shadow and support senior managers in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions on BPO best practices, including quality assurance, workforce management, and client relations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized procedures and improve service delivery.
- Develop leadership skills by mentoring junior staff and contributing to team-building activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and training progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the BPO sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and call center operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a leadership role.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
