Responsibility
- Conduct training sessions for new customer service associates, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance through live calls, role-playing, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help trainees improve their skills.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training gaps and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and quality assurance guidelines.
- Support a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or training roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide objective feedback.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies is a plus.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed.
- Available for the duration of the seasonal program.
