Responsibility

  • Contact healthcare providers to verify and update billing information for injured workers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of billing documents to facilitate prompt reimbursement.
  • Resolve discrepancies in billing information through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Monitor and track the status of billing submissions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Identify and escalate complex billing issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or BPO industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare providers.
