Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to GE Healthcare clients, ensuring high satisfaction and resolution of inquiries.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and improve service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
