Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Shadow and support senior managers in overseeing service standards, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
- Participate in training modules covering leadership, conflict resolution, and financial management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and adherence to brand standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, such as promotions and events, to enhance restaurant visibility.
- Complete assigned projects to demonstrate leadership potential and operational expertise.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to pursue a long-term career in management.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned locations in Bali.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
