Responsibility
- Participate in a rotational program across key business functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and product management, to gain comprehensive industry exposure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Develop and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop leadership and technical skills.
- Support day-to-day operations and project management to ensure smooth business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or business development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
