Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations including opening/closing procedures
- Supervise and train team members to maintain service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Assist in implementing marketing promotions and sales initiatives
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics
- Participate in management training programs and workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership potential and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to relocate within Indonesia for career development
- No prior experience required - full training provided
