Responsibility
- Assist in daily retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop leadership and managerial skills.
- Support the store management team in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fashion and retail with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
