Responsibility
- Assist in daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Support the management team in coordinating staff schedules, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events, promotions, and guest experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Represent the company professionally in interactions with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, or F&B operations is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
