Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the cinema, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Support the management team in overseeing staff performance, scheduling, and training.
- Engage with guests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock control and ordering of supplies.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive cinema attendance.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the cinema premises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the cinema and entertainment industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of operations management and team leadership is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
