Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Support the management team in supervising staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining high service levels.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and ensure product quality and freshness.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and contribute to improving the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or work experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
