Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Support the branch manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management and replenishment.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
