Responsibility
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage team workflows and support staff training to maintain high operational standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain product quality.
- Assist in administrative tasks and reports regarding daily sales and operational logs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the establishment.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional atmosphere for both staff and patrons.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly adaptive, communicative, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
