Responsibility
- Lead client engagements to assess, develop, and implement ISO and ESG compliance frameworks.
- Conduct gap analyses and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement in sustainability practices.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate clients on ISO standards and ESG best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business strategies and operations.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment on sustainability goals.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, sustainability, or ESG advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 26000) and ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Proven track record of successfully leading client projects and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications in ISO auditing, sustainability, or ESG (e.g., LEED, GRI, CSA) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
