Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of management accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Technical Fund Transfer Pricing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Manage and execute MA Projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Coordinate Production Fixes for Management Accounting Applications, minimizing downtime and enhancing system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement best practices for fund transfer pricing and management accounting.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Management Accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Technical Fund Transfer Pricing and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial reporting.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Management Accounting Applications.
