Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for hospitality projects.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets and financial performance.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management.
- Implement and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage but not required.
