Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to financial management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification such as CPA or CA is a plus but not required.
