Responsibility
- Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all facilities and services.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers to address operational needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage and supervise maintenance teams, including electrical and mechanical technicians, to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of mall infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and systems.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies to ensure a secure environment for visitors and staff.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute mall events, promotions, and tenant engagement initiatives.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mall operations, facilities management, or retail operations, with a focus on technical maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and staff.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices for facilities management.
