Responsibility
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of Strykerâs Mako robotic-arm assisted surgery system.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of Mako robotic systems in clinical settings.
- Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams to provide technical support during robotic-assisted procedures.
- Educate and train medical staff on the safe and effective use of Mako technology.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collect and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to improve product usability and effectiveness.
- Support marketing and sales teams by demonstrating the benefits of Mako technology to potential clients.
- Stay updated on advancements in orthopaedic robotics and share insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in medical technology, robotics, or healthcare innovation.
- Basic understanding of surgical procedures or medical devices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed for training and support.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
