Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, technical manuals, and blueprints to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assemble, install, and calibrate mechanical components and systems in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, to restore functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and repair histories using digital tracking systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on equipment performance and suggesting process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in semiconductor manufacturing or a high-precision industrial environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and best practices for manufacturing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts or standard working hours, with willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
