Responsibility
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical assessments for M&E systems.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for ACMV installations.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Assist in cost estimation, procurement, and vendor negotiations for M&E components.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in M&E engineering, with a focus on ACMV systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for M&E design and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, ductwork design, and mechanical ventilation systems.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided for eligible candidates).
