Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize production interruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of equipment to comply with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment logs.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrading of machinery and production lines as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety among team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuits.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with tools, diagnostic equipment, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
