Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on F&B equipment, including refrigeration units, ovens, and coffee machines.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime and ensure seamless service.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Source and procure replacement parts and tools as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations for equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong technical skills in repairing and maintaining F&B equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality industry is a plus.
