Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct corrective maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with engineering equipment, implementing effective solutions.
- Inspect and test machinery and systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a property management or hospitality setting.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
