Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, replacing parts or components as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, machinery, and systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory usage, and repair logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment or systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or other departments as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts, as needed.
