Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance records.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges efficiently to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project delivery.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site or project engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
