Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate specialized repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and facility personnel.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or building maintenance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
