Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
