Responsibility
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential faults before they lead to failures.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and process flow.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records for spare parts.
- Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at all times.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.
- Solid understanding of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor control systems.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (e.g., Multimeters).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective reporting and team communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a shift-based environment.
