Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures and recommend proactive measures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for compliance and auditing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal operational disruptions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO) in all maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for urgent repairs.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery troubleshooting.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
