Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management of spare parts and tools, including procurement, stock control, and cost optimization to support efficient maintenance operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Prepare and present detailed maintenance reports, KPIs, and performance analytics to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, including regular inspections, risk assessments, and training for maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in industrial maintenance to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Diploma with extensive experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing, food processing, or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in maintenance planning, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ISO 45001) and quality management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP) in a food production environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and maintenance software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional overtime or on-call duties.
