As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring that our hotels and resorts meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, and respond to emergency repairs with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all hotel facilities are operating efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel properties to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
