Josan Farms Inc is urgently seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Service Technician (MST) to join our team in Bali. As a key member of our operations, you will ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities, equipment, and systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Install, assemble, and commission new equipment or systems as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in agricultural, industrial, or facility management settings.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing) is a plus.
