Responsibility
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, renovations, or system upgrades.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Oversee compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.
- Lead emergency response efforts for facility-related incidents (e.g., power outages, leaks) and ensure rapid resolution.
- Collaborate with the operations team to support facility improvements and space optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA, local regulations) and environmental standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergencies.
