Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct equipment inspections and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing standards (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication skills in English; Japanese language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
