Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on equipment, lighting, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all facilities, minimizing downtime.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with local electrical codes and company standards.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles for transportation of tools, supplies, and equipment between locations.
- Assist in the installation and upgrading of electrical systems, including wiring, panels, and control systems.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond to emergency calls.
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician with a valid license or certification in electrical work.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs and maintenance of non-electrical equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance dual responsibilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
