Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on store equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair defective or malfunctioning equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with store infrastructure, such as lighting, shelving, and fixtures, and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs or installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of store displays, signage, and promotional materials as needed.
- Collaborate with store management and staff to address maintenance-related concerns and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related technical role, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as basic maintenance equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to coordinate with team members and external vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification or training in maintenance-related fields (e.g., electrical, HVAC) is an advantage.
